This apartement is situatet in the timbered attic of the house, two floors above the ground floor.
It has a balcony with view to the south.

The modern kitchen is fully functional with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven,
an electric cooker, smal oven and a coffee machine.


The cosy dining and living room is comfortably furnished with a SAT- TV, a hi-fi system, and a sofa-bed.
For 4 persons the sofa-bed in the livingroom is also used.

There is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and WC.
